Find Your Voice 2020-21 Open for Enrollment

Visions’ popular writing classes are now open for enrollment!

Hosted this year in a virtual, single-semester format due to COVID-19, Find Your Voice is a great opportunity for students who would like to discover the confidence gained from finding their creative writing voice. Conducted in a collaborative and supportive environment, the workshop allows students to blossom through writing in a space that encourages the expression of the unique person they are.

Students in grades 9-12 from any academy may enroll in the High School Find Your Voice classes, while 6-8th grade Home School students may enroll in the Middle School classes.

Note: since the workshop will meet weekly (instead of bi-weekly), Find Your Voice will be condensed into one semester this year. Our hope is that, since students will not be able to meet in person, that meeting weekly will foster more connection with their peers and teachers.

High School students will earn 5 elective credits. Grades are based primarily on attendance so students must commit to attending each session and to taking the class for the entire semester.

To view the schedule and to learn more about the program and its benefits, visit the Find Your Voice Writing Program page in the Wire.

Space is limited and classes fill up quickly, so sign up now by filling out the 2020-21 Find Your Voice Writing Workshop Sign Up Form.

Who would I contact to have a student who changed their plans removed from list? Thanks.
